To ensure that the color of the plating does not fade overtime, we recommend removing your jewelry when showering, washing hands, and in chlorine as much as possible. This is because of fragrances found in soaps and salts/chemicals found in chlorine.

Because we provide you with our jewelry care guide, there is no warranty on our premade pieces as we are upfront about the materials and care!

While we are happy to repair manufacturing faults, this does not include: general wear and tear (ie: snapped/broken chain, clear oxidization to which fading occurred, and missing gemstones or pearls) after two weeks of purchase.

Permanent jewelry is any chain that is welded together without a clasp whether it be a necklace, bracelet, handchain, ring, or anklet.

We are often asked, 'Is it welded to my skin?"

Absolutely not! We use a jump ring to connect one side of the chain to the other, a weld the ring together so you have it on forever!

Yes, for any chains that have loosened overtime, we will happily resize your piece within 1 year at no cost.

For any snapped chains, please bring your chain with you to have it refuzed. We do not offer new chains for any that were lost.
